meal plan – october 15, 2012

The list of things to do this week is weighed down heavily with things house, kitchen and Halloween. Gonna keep the food simple and familiar this week so that I don’t just end up making my lighter work week heavy in other ways. I deserve an easier week.

Lentejas (Ancho Lentil Stew)

Mung Beans & Rice with Spicy Tomatoes*
Taco Night

Breakfast
Banana-Oat Muffins & Smoothies
Almond-Milk Oatmeal & Apples
Bean & Sweet Potato Tacos
Greens & Feta Omelettes
Yogurt & Granola
