I suppose it was only a matter of time before the sick from the outside world crept into the house, but this is not how we were hoping to kick off our spring break! Friday night’s aches, led to Saturday fevers and headaches for the 9yo. Ick. I am hoping that the worst of it is now behind her. We managed to have plenty-o-fun in the house in spite of it and knowing that there were no grand plans beyond the yard allowed me to spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen.
