Quick post today to let you know what I have on the brain for meals this week. I’ve been craving Chana Masala for weeks now and today may finally be the day. I got the chickpeas simmering in the slow-cooker early this morning so I am crossing my fingers and hoping that the rest of the day goes as planned.
I have broad strokes for the rest of the week. Sides and how to pull full meals together out of this list of cravings will be the trick. I’ll post more as it comes together.

This week also marks the beginning of a new family goal to eat out less. Should be doable as long as we carve out more time for cooking. Excited about it.
