Last week left our kitchen a bit of a disheveled mess. My ambitious meal plan did not match the craziness that our family calendar held. Luckily, this week is more tame and I am looking forward to some afternoon and morning time in the kitchen. After careful assessment of fridge and pantry contents, I’ve decided that this is what we’re doing

Egg-Noodle Stir Fry
Breakfast will be our regular rotation of yogurt & granola, smoothies & quick bread, breakfast tacos, and oatmeal. Lunches will mostly be leftovers.
