Back to our regularly scheduled programming…

Last week left our kitchen a bit of a disheveled mess. My ambitious meal plan did not match the craziness that our family calendar held. Luckily, this week is more tame and I am looking forward to some afternoon and morning time in the kitchen. After careful assessment of fridge and pantry contents, I’ve decided that this is what we’re doing

Meals
Chickpea Salad Sandwiches | Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Vegetable Lasagna with Butternut Squash Bechamel | Romaine Salad with Garlic-Lemon Vinaigrette
Ancho-Lentil Stew
Egg-Noodle Stir Fry

Breakfast will be our regular rotation of yogurt & granola, smoothies & quick bread, breakfast tacos, and oatmeal. Lunches will mostly be leftovers.
