Saturday is when I tend to have time to think through what to eat in the coming days and subsequent week. I bust out the vegetarian cookbooks, visit the downtown library stacks for inspiration and check out what is buried in my Evernote stash of bookmarked recipes. I also try to keep my actual calendar close at hand to make sure that my “lofty” plans mesh well with the busy of the week.
