Only 4 weeks left in 2012! Rocking through the rest of the year with a handful of small food goals in mind – less eggs, more veggies and no desk-meals.

Red Lentils with Spinach*
Greens, Quinoa & Tofu
Aloo Gobi Matar
Spinach with Chickpeas and Fried Eggs
Noodles, Broth & Fresh Veggies (winging this concoction)

Bagels & Grapefruits
Yogurt & Granola
Bean & Potato Tacos
Multi-grain Waffles, Pear Butter & Fruit
Huevos Rancheros | Frijoles Charros

Other Stuff
Pumpkin Bread
Green Juice experiments
Orange-Carrot juice

P.S. Just picked up a sick 9yo from school. Pretty sure that I have no idea what we’ll be eating now…
